What does it mean to relax?
To be still
As you unravel your mind and your body
Finding peace and calmness in your world
This is something I’m working on
Doing less, in turn, makes me feel more nourished
When the mind and body are at rest
We make room for a reset.
First step…just breathe.
Sink into your body
Observe the thoughts that cross your mind and let them dissapate
Inhale
Exhale…let go…
Second step…indulge in
A FALL BATH
Fill tub and add:
- 10 drops of rosemary eo
- 10 drops of basil eo
- 4 teabags of calendula
- 2 tsp of coconut oil
- 3/4 cup of epson salts
- Love <3
Soak and just be
Candles recommended.
