Massage Practitioner and Energy Healer
Originally from Southern Vancouver Island, British Columbia, I have spent the last decade working in Vancouver, and the Caribbean. In 2014 I made a big career change, shifting from Sales & Marketing, to become a Massage Practitioner and Energy Healer.
My love for massage was first discovered while travelling to South America. I found myself drawn to the relaxing experience of being apart of something both organic, and healing. I began to imagine how amazing it would be to work in such a natural environment. Within a few months, I was enrolled with the Vancouver School of Massage & Bodywork.
My training experience was a very transformational time for me. I learned a deep foundation in human sciences, and an array of different modalities. The greatest gift of all: it inspired me to take better care of myself. I have suffered from auto-immune issues for many years and my training pushed me to take a closer look at my health. I explored every aspect of my lifestyle. Over the past few years, my whole approach to life has changed – how I see the world and how much appreciation I have for the human body.
